7/23 - Spoke with owner. They are supposed to be moved by 7/28. If they do not then it has to be filed in court to force them out. There was 3 pieces of furniture on exterior. Owner stated that sanitation only took 2 pieces (they only accept 2 per week). Tenants are working on cleaning out. Informed owner about sanitation dumpster service. Will monitor. /// Gus Dria

The eviction set out for the 1654 tenants is on 9/4 at 2:00. The owner plans on cleaning and renovating as soon as tenants are out. // Gus Dria
