I'm sure this is a leftover from the days when Vought filled their parking lots with employee cars. Now it is not needed and is a nuisance. By the signs a right turn is not even allowed.

We will conduct Turning movement counts and install pavement markings and appropriate lane assignment sign. At the present time, there is no pavement markings at this location and the lane assignment sign is wrong. We will complete our study by end of this week and issue a work order to traffic operations for implementation.
