This traffic signal doesn’t seem to register when someone is waiting to either make a left hand turn from may onto 65th PL or to turn onto May from 65th PL. i regularly have watched the traffic signal cycle through multiple times before it finally turned for me. I’m talking 5-10 minutes of waiting.
