Description

Residental roads of E. Cotten Hill, Shafer, Woodchuck are being used to shortcut from RT 202 to RT 118. Speed Limits are by far exceeded. The volume of traffic at commuter times in the morning and evenings seems like it's Interstate 84. Too many vehicles including commercial, construction and occasionally tractor trailers use these residential roads to shortcut. Posted signs are ignored.
