STILL no resolution to the problem. The shame of it is that the "Sign Maintenance" facility is a ten minute walk from my house, which is about a 2 minute drive. Guess I need to go there and get the sign, install it myself and have them pay me what they'd pay an employed worker to do it? I'll clear the tree branches blocking the stop sign for $40. Last time I had an issue it was with roads and drainage. For 2 1/2 months they blew off fixing a clogged run-off pipe that was flooding three resident's backyards. So I called Channel 2 "I-Team". Erin Coleman came to speak with them and within 20 minutes they were out here fixing it. Since it's been a month now, and not even a reply, either this website is bogus, or they need another visit from the "I-Team".
