Daltile and other construction suppliers on the westbound side of Washington Avenue between 19th street and 22nd street are constantly parked in the bike lane and right driving lane, loading their trucks. They also regularly move pallets from their warehouse to trucks parked illegal in the center of Washington Ave, frequently blocking the entire westbound side of the street. Additional, trucks and cars regularly park on the diagonal which is illegal, and blocks the bike lane.
