This section of Seaboard Rd. is a frequent accident area. In just the past few months the fence and brick walls have been hit twice. Most of the brick structure in the photo has been reduced to rubble and the fence (and part of the fence on the adjoining property) has been destroyed. A guard rail would probably be helpful to protect persons and property. Warning signage and a guard rail would be better.

While a guardrail won't stop drunk drivers, a guardrail would have either stopped or slowed down the drunk driver before he caused so much damage and narrowly missed hitting a young lady in her car who was just trying to pull out of the driveway.
Only two days prior, my neighbor had finally been able to get the fence, pillar, and lighting working after the last car destroyed those things.
It would be nice if the City would come take a look at this dangerous curve.

A vehicle went off of the road, hit the stop sign (corner of Seaboard Rd. and County Pl.), and went into the ditch.
