Description
My basement is flooded for the 5th time this year because of sewer backup. The sump cannot pump it out bc the water stas at the same level as the sewer. THE SEWER LINE NEEDS TO BE JETTED. I have contacted DWSD many times about this issue with 0 action. I called the emergency line at 4am this morning as was tokd somwone would be out at 7:30 but as usual no one showed up. My furnace and hot water heater are destroyed and my basement is full of water.
