Caller states he is real concerned that to date the brush hasn't been picked up and now people are adding to the pile and the pile of the debris and now trash etc, is starting to block him from pulling out and in his garage.

7/31/2014 - our customer Dave Berv, 690-1257 called back today and noted the neighbors are dumping all types of trash and debris in this alley and that it is difficult to drive through alley or backyard - rtt
