On 6/29, somebody spilled white paint ALL THE WAY down the whole block of Boston Avenue between Montana and Macarthur. There is a big white stripe of paint in the middle of the entire street, it almost looks like a street lane but is a crooked stripe and looks like it was caused by a driving vehicle dripping paint everywhere. Please address this issue! Thanks.
