Homeless camper forming. Tent needs to be removed. They start fires, leave trash and damaged the fence by burning it. Our fence has been burned. We are going to be repairing it. Please have the remove their camp. It's by Southwest corner of Carlisle condos. On the Albuquerque arroyo property .
