Description
The timing on the traffic light forces cars on Prospect Street to wait for a long time. They respond by honking their horns, trying to get people at the head of the line to turn right on red -- even though there is a sign prohibiting it.
Can the timing of the light be adjusted?

Everyone should be calling traffic and parking- it won't be acknowledged on here as it hasn't been in over a year and multiple postings general # 946-8075 or Rob York Signal Superintendent 203-946-8080.
keep calling everyday until it's fixed.
