This area has been poorly and haphazardly patched. It is still difficult to navigate making it very dangerous!

Call 800-FIX-ROAD (800-349-7623). If nothing is done call the local PENDOT regional office in K of P.

Thanks! I finally got around to calling the numbers TODAY, after trying to drive that stretch of road. It's really terrible. Penndot seemed genuinely concerned, and thanked me for reporting it.

I'm so disappointed that nothing has been done to fix this area, (Northbound City Ave and 77th) and it has become even more dangerous! It would help it they would at least mill it. I've called about the issue several times along with other people, and found out it is under the Montgomery County PennDot office. Because no action has been taken the area now stretches about 4 blocks and over multiple lanes. I just don't understand why nothing has been done!

I just saw a report on Action News re: this issue. John Rawlins reported that PENDOT will mill and repave this stretch of RT 1 NEXT WEEK (weather permitting). I'll believe it when I see it.
But good news finally!!!

I'll flip my lid if I have to drive on this disgraceful stretch of road one more time. I truly hope they fix it as promised.
