yesterday a car crash took out most of the traffic lights at this intersection. Crews put in two stop signs at what needs to be a four-way stop. Two of the lights that are still working are cycling red yellow green, when they should be flashing red. People are running through and nearly hitting each other continuously. This needs to be a four-way stop until the lights are all repaired and replaced
