In the area of 308 Phoenix Street there are some very large branches on the side of the road that have been there for quite a few weeks. I am only using this address as a point of reference and I am not saying this homeowner is responsible. Can Town of Vernon staff come by and pick up these branches? This is a very narrow stretch of road and I'm afraid someone in a car or on a bicycle is going to run into these branches if they are not cleared away.
