Poison ivy in the backyard fence. Spoke to tenant that maintains property, since owner doesn't live there. Told him that I am getting sick due to the poison ivy that he has in the backyard. He told me that he can have anything that he wants in his backyard and if I get sick, it is not his problem. He is not going to remove it! I would like to know city's policy about poison ivy.
