Description

Cave Family Park on Ferncliff almost constantly has off leash dogs. The majority of these dogs are from residents of BLIS or Harbor Square Condos. Management at BLIS refuses to do anything about it since it's not considered their property, they say to refer to the city. Police drive by all day long with off leash dogs visible and don't stop or do anything about it. If you attempt to try to talk to the dog owners, they get incredibly aggressive/defensive, and most of them are repeat offenders. Would be nice to see leash laws being enforced as this is not an off leash area.
