Sharraxaadda

this is a dead in street, but it has aprox. 20 to 26 homes on it. people fly up and down this street ,there is little children playing all up and down this street, what is going to take before one of these children is run over . we( the neighbors )have ask for help, but no avail. speed bumps,signs or what ever . please help
