When they repaved a part of Central Park Place at North Ave. they failed to repaint the right turn arrow. Since Central Park and Argonne don't line up at the intersection many people think the right turn lane is for going straight since Argonne is straight across from it. Even though there is a right turn arrow sign hanging above the turn lane few people notice it.
