Code Officer B Maher addressed this issue & noted the following:
"After consulting with Code Officer Supervisor P Avino and Zoning Administrator D Piper, this area is commercial/industrially zoned and there is not much that can be done notice-wise. Mr Piper mentioned to me, during our conversation, that he would bring up the complaint to his point of contact at Bergeron because it is their property that the auction yard is on. Please have the complainant contact the Planning and Zoning Division at (954)392-2100 or Mr Piper at dpiper@ppines.com should they wish to discuss this issue further.".

I will be reaching out, this seems outrageous to me seeing as this is so close to residential homes. There should be a noise ordinance in place as this is a nuisance to us. How is it ok for them to work 24/7 and disrupt the community they are around? How different is this than if I did personal construction on my home at 3:30am? This morning at 3am I could hear trucks dropping items etc.!
