I know he is a Fair Haven Heights cop , I know the cops standing and posing for photos and accolades back off of any questions of their superior beat cop , henceforth back off any policing as to explain the presense of patronage -
Deal with that and you will force them back to the wards

ok, maybe i'm just tired, but Jillian, your post makes absolutely no sense!!
and to original poster, do you have any specifics you can share with the police? besides a vague people moving and hiring transient workers? What does that have to do with the stolen goods?

Police presence in neighborhoods and wards in the city have no police presense whatsoever,Response time is hours for a call..The police officers attitude upon arrival is unprofessional at best.
Hours turn into days, days into weeks, weeks into months that the on duty police hover about Cedar Street like vultures , turning off their radios , joining their useless locals in a Do Nothing Stupor.
More accountability at the least ..Or best is just to shoo them away and remove them from the patronage line that they feel unwarrantably entitled to
