Aloha SeeClickFix ... John Temple was the editor here at Civil Beat when this test was opened. He left two years ago and we still get these emails regularly. I can't figure out how to stop them because you require "John" to enter his password. But no one knows the password anymore including him. So I am hoping this will get someone;s attention and you can now stop the emails after this amazing amount of time when no one seems to have noticed on your end that they are going out unanswered for nearly 1000 days.
