This is really dangerous. In case of a fire, the firemen can't see the hydrant! The JCPD should put surveillance on this, catch the person who is doing it and arrest them.

Enforcement will dispatch an officer to investigate.

An officer was dispatched to the scene and cone was removed.

Ok.he covered the fire hydrant again. Huge building multiple families God borbid there's a fire . Take that thing away. So simple but yet no one from the City thinks of it

I think when this happens you should call the police. I believe it's illegal to obstruct a fire hydrant.
