Since the traffic lights at Grayson/Greenwich & Witchduck Rd were switched, traffic going south on Witchduck Rd is backing up worse than ever. Taffic is waiting at that intersection for too long causing backups. The first backup is at the signal where traffic is exiting 264 on Witchduck. When they are turning left they have nowhere to turn because it is so backed up causing the first traffic issue and blocking the box. Traffic proceeding northbound often can't get through their light because the vehicles exiting 264 turning left to Witchduck are blocking the road.

The next backup occurs at Cleveland St and Witchduck. Vehicles driving south from VA Beach blvd enter the intersection of Cleveland and Witchduck blocking traffic making anyone turning right from Cleveland unable to make it though. Traffic turning left from Cleveland will also block traffic. Traffic on Witchduck has always been a problem but it has gotten considerably worse since the signal lights are no longer synced properly causing massive traffic jams in both directions between Grayson/Greenwich and VA Beach Blvd on Witchduck rd.
