Description
This intersection is routinely blocked by motorists on the service road that deem it necessary to block traffic. These motorists are typically turning onto or trying to cross route 50 but become a hindrance to other motorists trying to use the service road by blocking intersections or just not moving at all at stop signs.

Conversely, service road users try to cross Annandale road right in between the southbound light turning red and the northbound light turning green. This leaves them in the center of the intersection right when traffic tries to go.
Suggest replacing the stop signs with a signal: red for stop when the annandale road traffic or turning route 50 traffic has the green, blinking yellow for caution when rt 50 has the green.
