Sharraxaadda

Jehovah Witness have woke me up again at ten this morning. I work at night and sleep during the day. There are at least 6 people going door to door disturbing everyone. Do they have a permit? If they do who issued it and what is their address? I need to knock on their door and ring their bell while they are trying to sleep. They park on city streets which is against the law. See photo.
