ok, tree was reported to license and inspection. its a alley tree. license and inspection told me, that because the tree is not on the neighbors property, they cant make her cut it down, its an alley way tree, theres nothing they can do. told me to call faramount tree commission, they old me its a alley tree, theres nothing they can do. this tree is not our responsibility to be paying to get it cut down, its the cities job, we pay taxes. the tree is blocking the alley path, making it a dangerous fire hazard, if theres a fire, police wont be able to get throu, and the tree is doin damage to the neighbors property. if this tree falls its taking down electrical lines with it. I dont understand, if this tree is determined as a alley way tree, and not on any neighbors property, why cant they get it cut, if theres ever a fire, i have records to show, i tried to get this tree removed.
