I can't walk my dog around my own neighborhood because of too many un-leashed and loose dogs. Many are bully breeds, Pit mixes, Rotts, one Husky, etc.

This is a problem in my area of town as well, usually wannabe thugs with pits.

Three dogs were running loose at Tennessee & Iowa / Colorado last night. Two small brown Pit mixes without collars and a white Pit mix with a collar. No one in that area seems to know whose dogs they are, and some folks just don't seem to care, or think that loose dogs are a problem. This was reported to Roseville Police, but the dogs were long gone soon after.
