Moderator can you please make sure that this gets reported. Again the City doesn't follow this site and I would hate for someone to have tire problems thinking this has been reported. When you report the problem to the city contact center you will get e-mails giving status updates which you can this post on the site. You will also get a service request number which you can this post on this site as well. Site personnel should really make sure that they are reporting these issues for you. If you do take the time to report this correctly make sure you ask if the site is followed. WHICH IT IS NOT FOLLOWED. You will have no case if your tire is damaged because they will say they didn't receive the complaint. If you think I am telling you a lie that is fine. Just wait until you put your claim in. Please take the time to call 311 to report your issue FORMALLY. Then you can continue to update the public about this issue. Also if there is any additional information it can be given to you because there will be an e-mail or phone number on file if you choose to give it.
