TV and Computer monitors litter the alleys and streets and now people are using the river as a TV graveyard. What is the Cities position on disposing of TV's and such? Can there be some kind of campaign on the radio TV or newspaper instructing people as to the City's guidelines to getting rid of old TV's and monitors? OR START WRITING TICKETS TO THE OFFENDERS, or instruct DPW to pick up these items so they do not littler the streets and alleyways.
