Thanks for your prompt reply. Now we understand why there was a city worker mowing the lawn in the soccer field which is adjacent to the baseball park, and when we attempted to get his attention, he just waived, ignored us and went in a different direction. We will proceed to call BOE Buildings and Grounds Division.Thanks again!
