That area IS slummy! Anything west of Federal Hwy and East of 441 is slummy. And speaking of slummy, The Homeless Voice shelter needs to be closed down. I could write a whole page of violations not to mention how the owner takes clients SSI and Disability checks and leaves them with a couple of dollars in their pockets for cigarettes. When I'm walking down the sidewalk in front of the building, if the front door is open the stench is sometimes overwhelming.
