Take a drive on Harrington around 4pm and see the line up of cars going West on Harrington all the way back to the school. This to me is very dangerous, especially if an ambulance needs access to the emergency entrance.
JUST REMOVE THE HARRINGTON STOP SIGNS ALL TOGETHER!
