Concerned Citizen phoned and stated in the vacant lot between 1504 and 1508 between the alleyway of 29th and 30th seems to be from a glimpse seems like a mattress and other furniture/trash/debris are out there. Seems like they are dumping at night. Concerned about rodents, snakes and other creatures that could be living in that environment on that vacant lot. Please have someone to assess. They are concerned for their pets.
