This homeowner came in 10/18/21 for permits. This house is under construction.

A few of these homes are in foreclosure. Several homes have been making slow progress on trash, weeds and paint. (sacramento avenue 200 block).

This house has been [ construction for two and half years ] now they get a permit.At least clean up

Still looks like a junkyard

this house does not have a permit . and people were in it on 4-4-2023 it looks uninhabitable

They did a half a- - job on the ground,missed the bulkhead and the building.Going on five years.

The houses on the 200 block of Sacramento remain the same also. Since 2019 I have asked the city and the health department to become involved with the properties. No matter how slow the process is said to be, should it really take over 4 years for anything to be done? At a minimum, l am asking for the trash to be cleaned up and to have the houses boarded up. Cats, rodents and possibly the homeless are in these houses. Please do something!

Permits were just issued for major rennovations.

I have been hearing the permits have been issued for years ,so if you have a permit you can let your property look terrible indefinitly?

Funny,2 days after i reported no change in the property,some one was out with his long handle shovel,chopping at weeds .Not only is this not going to change the look of the bulkhead,house,but he left the weeds all over the side walk and street.
