perhaps it was because the seeclickfix android app is horrible and wouldn't put in the correct address, but this issue has not been fixed.

paint on red curb is very faded, cars park on it all the time, making it hard for us to get in and out of our garage.

Not sure if you've had any luck with this. If people are blocking your driveway, you can call SF Department of Parking and traffic to have them cited or towed. 415-553-1200; option 1 for English; then press 5 for blocked driveway. If you need your curb re-painted, contact either MTA or DPT (not sure which). However, *you* (or the property owner if that's not you) have to pay to have the curb painted. It's by the foot, and pretty pricey.
