Description

The local thugs have knocked over two trash cans along the Seawall, again. One is between Florence and Parker and the other is down by Parker. The first one is located where one of the lights is out. This light REALLY needs to be fixed. This bench is the thugs' favorite spot because it is dark, and they are hidden from view as the police drive buy. FYI the light problem was reported in February.
