Sharraxaadda

for a few weeks now, we have tolerated the noise from the construction noise from across the street (new civic center) sadly they have gotten bolder and start their day earlier and earlier. please remind the construction company that work should not start at 5am or 6am and this includes vehicles. i do not understand how the police from across the street wouldnt hear the noise tho.
