Thu Jun 12 at 6:30 pm - the intersection of Beacon and Winn was controlled by a blinking red light. Cars were speeding along Winn St and coming off 95 at that intersection - it was dangerous to cross from Beacon St to the 95 S entrance. I was nearly struck by a car speeding northbound on Winn St. There should be a normal traffic light at that intersection, especially during rush hours.
