I need to know please if sometimes you do Temporary Cold Patch and you're going to redo it hot patch for example this long few blocks here or do we have to put up with this bumpy stuff I just want to know either way is okay I guess.

Do you some times do temporary cold patching pending a full hot paving job?
The neighbor thinks you will re-do it all. If so I don't see the point of the 50 foot long temporary cold patch
