Really, we no sooner get the overflowing trash picked up than more dumping occurs. Maybe we need a camera to figure out who's doing this.

There is no address- it is not a residence. It is the trailhead for the Bridgeview Trail, and the Bridgeview Trail is part of the Oakland park system. It is located between the entrance to the Montclair Golf Course and the end of Leimert Ave. There is signage. Just get out of your vehicle, and you'll smell it.
