Although this vacant lot looks like a great place to raise pasture animals, e.g. cows, sheep, goats, etc. current zoning disallows such. So city needs to mow and clean up this disgraceful-looking, city-owned lot ASAP. It's bad enough when absentee landlords bring down a neighborhood by letting properties become eyesores. It's even more unacceptable when the city which sucks up our tax $$ lets its own properties contribute to neighborhood decline.
