Sharraxaadda

Two shopping carts abandoned at Aldine Park for over a week--I've called both stores and they won't come and get them. Neighborhood kids are playing with them--one was rolled into the street--so not safe. Please help us we have a nice park and this is an eyesore and a safety hazard.
