Sharraxaadda

Water is seeping up between the asphalt road and concrete gutter for about 20 ft. Has been constantly for several days, and in all this heat. Several neighbors have noticed its always there, water running from the seam into the gutter. Perhaps there is a broken water supply line under the road. Someone should inspect this and repair as needed.
