Who is responsible for the care of the old post office property in Union Square now? The grass / weeds are growing rapidly, the sidewalk on right hand side of building is filling up with trash and there has been standing water in a sunken doorway on the left hand sign of building since the office closed. Seems like a perfect breeding ground for rats, bugs, etc.
