Description
The new count down directional light is not functioning properly. When the traffic light is green in one direction the countdown indicator shows the red stop hand instead of the white hand which then would count down to zero as the light approaches the time to change. It worked correctly for a couple of days

When the signal comes on to count down 10-9-8..... when it reaches 0 and the red hand appears it holds for up to 2 minutes. I timed it this morning. On the others I've seen in the city when the count reaches zero the light on the traffic in that direction changes to red
