Description

The homes along Lowenstein St and Edgware are flooded with storm water run off from the homes behind us on Stackhurst. We were required to build 10 ft away from the property line for a water easement, but this is not maintained or dredged at all. Therefore the homes higher up on Stackhurst flood our yards vs. waters running down the easement to it 'planned' run off on Edgeware/Marbank. Please help!
