I posted this issue, 1116945, through the Android app on my Smartphone. This was the first time I used the app.

Under the Category of City of St. Paul, I chose Pothole.

Community is also listed under Category as a default. You may also select Post to Neighbors under Community, but Community is listed, either way. No option to do anything else for categorizing.

The app may need to be updated or fixed. This may be a bug? There were no instructions or guidance for posting.

At the time I posted, there were indications that many entities were notified of the issue by email. Is there someone watching for open issues?

This issue remains. These potholes are still as they were; a nuisance each day to drive over.
