Town of Kearny needs to fix the main water pipe. This has been a problem for years now. It causes sewage to backup in people's basements, it causes the street to sink in where old pipes are destroyed underneath. It's a health issue when water backs up in people's driveways and starts to grow green mold. It smells and no matter how much the people snake out their pipes from their homes it doesn't help until the town removes and replaces the old cast iron pipes. Most of which have tree roots grown into them causing them to be clogged.
