I had to wait through 3 light cycles to be able to turn here (around 5:20 PM). Between that and the stop-and-go traffic all the way up the hill it probably took me 10 minutes to go the 1 mile from Glenwood to Millbrook. This intersection is just a disaster in rush hour. I also saw several cars run the red light turning left onto westbound Millbrook, probably frustrated from waiting so long to turn, so this is becoming a serious safety issue as well as a major inconvenience.
